Rosé makes a lot of effort to become an international K-POP STAR

Updated: Jul 31, 2022

A 16-year-old girl came back to Korea to follow her dream.

She was born in New Zealand. At eight, she moved to Melbourne, Australia, with her family. Her parents are Korean, but she had no idea about Korea at a very young age.

When she was 16, YG had an audition and called out her name. At that time, chasing her dream was like a bet. She was confused. But her dad encouraged her and told her: "If you want to do something, let's go for it. If not, when you're 25, you'll regret it because you didn't dare to follow your dream".

After all, she came back to Korea and took her first step on the journey of becoming an artist. She used to want to give up so many times when she was a trainee. Everything was beyond endurance. But she always told herself that she would never return to Australia without making this work.

Time passed so fast. She has come through many ups and downs but finally did it, and now has become one of the hottest female Idols in this world. When I look back at her when she was a trainee, and at the time BLACKPINK debuted, I realize that she has changed and improved a lot.

1997

1, The main vocal of BLACKPINK, she often stays up until 05 am to practice singing in the studio.

2, Unique and soft voice. Let's listen to some of her songs such as Gone, On The Ground, and some of her covers such as Lucky, Slow Dancing In A Burning Room, If I Ain't Got You, etc.

3, Play piano and guitar and be able to write songs' lyrics.

4, Set many records for female solo artists

5, She is becoming a lead dancer, although she has just started learning how to dance at 16. Lisa is her inspiration.

6, A sexy performer, legendary hair flip

7, Keep doing exercise to cure her bow legs. Now she has very sexy legs.

8, Her English Aussie accent is very sexy.

9, She has a mystical beauty.

10, Saint Laurent, Tiffany & Co.'s global ambassador

11, Very good at drawing

12, Being a creative director alongside Teddy in her first solo album -R-

Rosé inspires me a lot in my journey to become a better version of myself. People often have prejudices about idols. They have many aspects that are worth learning. There is no such thing as extraordinary results from an ordinary effort. She dares to take risks and keeps working every day for her dream.

How about us? I ask myself about what I want to do in life. Have I lost any dreams?
